SaladWorks Rebrand

This project required me to create a new brand identity, including a logo and brand guide, for a deli restaurant. Initially, I imagined the images that came to mind when I through about salad. Using Adobe Illustrator, I redesigned the logo by replacing the l of the name with a lettuce leaf on a fork. The spacing that I used for the letters on the logo provided it with a sense of balance and symmetry. I used Adobe InDesign to create the new brand once the logo was completed which included the front and back cover page, table of contents, brand story, brand filters, logo and wordmark guidelines, “dos and don’ts” page, and typography page while using all of the elements of the new brand identity. Since more people are becoming health conscious and since many deli food options are considered to be a healthier choice, I also incorporated a heart onto the left-side of every page. The new brand, logo, and brand guide helps SaladWork to showcase their main dishes, salads, more than the previous versions did.
