I created a pizzeria’s logo and package design as a part of a branding project. In order to complete this project, I contemplated images that came to my mind when I thought about pizza. I used Adobe Illustrator to design the logo, using the iconic pizza spatula as the central focus of the logo. I carefully spaced out the letters on the logo to provide a balanced symmetry to the logo. After downloading a few mockups, I used Adobe Photoshop to place the elements onto the packaging designs. Another iconic image for pizza places is the checkered tablecloth pattern, so I incorporated it into the packaging designs in addition to the new logo which provided the pizzeria with a new look for their packaging. I was able to take advantage of many of the tools native to Adobe Photoshop including the Wrap Tool, Perspective Wrap Tool, Clipping Mask Tool, and the Brush Tool in order to bring this design to life.
